Fieldly Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to Fieldly.

Fieldly is a digital platform that connects users (“Players”) with sports facility owners (“Stadium Owners”) to facilitate reservation requests and bookings.

By accessing or using Fieldly (mobile app or website), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

• Platform: Fieldly mobile application and website.

• User / Player: Any individual using Fieldly to search or book sports facilities.

• Stadium Owner: Any facility owner or operator listing their sports venue on Fieldly.

• Booking: A reservation request made through the platform.

3. Nature of Service

Fieldly acts as an intermediary platform.

• Fieldly does not own or operate any stadium.

• Fieldly facilitates reservation requests between Users and Stadium Owners.

• Final acceptance of a booking is at the discretion of the Stadium Owner.

Fieldly is not responsible for:

• Quality of facilities

• Safety conditions

• Cancellations made by owners

• On-site disputes between Users and Owners

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, Users must create an account.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Keep login credentials confidential

• Be responsible for all activity under their account

Fieldly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse.

5. Booking and Payments

When a User makes a booking:

• The booking request is sent to the Stadium Owner.

• The Owner may accept or reject the booking.

• If payment integration is active, payments are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., PayTR).

Fieldly is not responsible for:

• Payment provider errors

• Banking issues

• Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control

6. Fees and Commission

For Stadium Owners:

• Fieldly may charge a commission on bookings made through the platform.

• Commission rates are agreed separately between Fieldly and the Stadium Owner.

For Users:

• Prices displayed are determined by the Stadium Owner.

• Fieldly does not independently set stadium prices.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary by Stadium Owner.

• Users must follow the cancellation policy specified for each booking.

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed through the payment provider.

Fieldly does not guarantee refunds unless required by law.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

• Interfere with platform operations

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Post false or misleading information

Violation may result in account termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fieldly platform, including:

• Logos

• Designs

• Software

• Text

• Graphics

is the property of Fieldly and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fieldly is provided “as is.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fieldly shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Lost profits

• Business interruption

• Injuries occurring at stadium locations

Users and Stadium Owners assume full responsibility for their interactions.

11. Termination

Fieldly may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion in cases of:

• Fraud

• Abuse

• Repeated violations

• Harm to the platform or other users

12. Modifications

Fieldly reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
